New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription purchase. This guarantee applies to:

First-time subscribers only
All subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise)
All billing cycles (monthly, quarterly, semiannual, annual)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our 14-day guarantee, contact our support team at support@themrtv.org with your account email and reason for cancellation. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

2.2 After 14 Days

After the initial 14-day period, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

Service unavailability exceeding 24 consecutive hours due to platform issues
Significant service degradation not resolved within 72 hours
Billing errors or unauthorized charges
Other exceptional circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

Violations of our Terms of Service
Failure to use the service during the subscription period
Change of mind after the 14-day guarantee period
Downgrading to a lower-tier plan (prorated credits may apply)
Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)
Add-on purchases or professional services

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
Annual subscribers who cancel early will retain access until the annual term ends

5. Prorated Refunds for Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day guarantee period but within the first 6 months, we may offer prorated refunds at our discretion, less a 20% administrative fee. After 6 months, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

6. Enterprise and Custom Plans

Enterprise customers and those with custom pricing agreements are subject to the refund terms specified in their individual contracts, which supersede this general policy where applicable.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
Bank transfers: 7-14 business days depending on your bank
