1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Mr. Org platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Mr. Org provides cloud-based digital infrastructure software, including encrypted middleware solutions, connectivity management tools, and performance optimization protocols. The Service is delivered on a subscription basis through secure cloud access.

Important Service Clarification

The Mr. Org is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing digital infrastructure management tools only. We do not host, broadcast, distribute, or transmit third-party media content. We do not provide streaming services, IPTV, or content distribution services of any kind.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual basis depending on your selected plan. Unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration.

3.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

3.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before taking effect.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use the Service to transmit any malicious code or malware
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without authorization
Use the Service for content hosting, streaming, or media distribution

5. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Mr. Org and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Mr. Org be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
